Subscription Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or "try before you buy." This cancellation policy lays out how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to enroll you in a recurring monthly billing option, where your payment method will be automatically charged every 30 days for the agreed-upon subscription amount. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to cancel or modify your subscription.

Gift Card Promotion Terms
If your subscription includes a $50 gift card promotion, the gift card will be delivered in increments of $10 per month over five consecutive months as long as the subscription remains active. Cancelling your subscription before five months will forfeit any remaining gift card amounts not yet issued. -
Changes or Cancellations
- You may cancel or update your subscription at any time.
- To make changes, simply click the link provided in your order confirmation email or contact us directly atΒ support@dormiio.com.
- Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to ensure no additional charges are applied.

Renewals
- Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you donβt wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Pre-orders
When purchasing a pre-order item, you are agreeing to buy a product not yet in stock or inventory. Payment may be collected partially or in full at the time of purchase, and your payment method will be stored securely for future billing when the order is fulfilled.

Cancellations
- Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled for a full refund.
- Once fulfilled, the standard return policy will apply.
Try Before You Buy
When purchasing a "try before you buy" product, your payment method will be authorized at checkout. You will have a specific time period to decide if you want to keep the item. If no return is initiated during the allotted period, the full purchase amount will be charged to your payment method.
Replacement Policy for Lifetime Warranty Subscribers
The Lifetime Warranty appliesΒ only to the product purchased at the time the subscription was activated or during an active subscription period. It does not cover:
- Products purchased prior to activating the subscription.
- Products purchased outside the subscription period or when the subscription was inactive.
- Multiple replacements for a single subscription cycle (one replacement per eligible product).
- Products not purchased directly from Dormiio. Proof of purchase may be required.
Eligibility Requirements
- The subscription must remain active for a minimum ofΒ 3 consecutive monthsΒ before a replacement claim is valid.
- Claims must be made for products purchasedΒ within the last 12 monthsΒ of an active subscription period.
- Replacement coverage applies only to the specific product purchased with or during an active subscription.
Important Notes
- Cancelling and re-subscribing does not reset replacement eligibility for the same product.
- Each subscription covers one eligible product. Additional products require separate subscriptions for warranty coverage.
- Any attempts to replace products not covered by the subscription (e.g., older purchases) will be denied.
